1. Who we are
The website www.mc3.cloud is published by MC3 Cloud Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius (BRN C20177056, VAT VAT27863285), with its registered office at Office Lot 01, Level 2, Centre Commercial Emerald Park, Trianon, 1721-10, Mauritius. MC3 Cloud Ltd is the controller of the data described below.

2. Who this policy is for
It applies to website visitors and to people who contact us: resellers, MSPs, integrators and IT companies. MC3 Cloud does not sell to end customers.
It does not cover the commercial relationship with registered partners or the marketplace, which are governed by our general terms (opens in a new tab).
3. Our commitments
We collect the minimum useful data, use it only for the purposes below, keep it only as long as necessary and protect it. We rely on the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. For visitors located in the European Union, we also take the GDPR into account.
4. The data we process
a) Browsing the website. The website has no form and sets no cookie. The servers that host it record technical connection information (IP address, date, pages requested, browser) to keep the service secure and running.
b) Audience measurement. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to produce traffic statistics (page views, countries, device type, traffic source). According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use cookies or localStorage, and does not identify individuals by fingerprinting their IP address or browser. c) Your emails. If you write to info@mc3.cloud or support_csp@mc3.cloud, we process your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
d) Partner application. Applications go through a Microsoft Forms form, which sits outside this website. We receive your company and contact details, along with the documents requested for your file.
5. Why we use this data
- Operating and securing the website: legitimate interest.
- Measuring traffic to improve the website: legitimate interest.
- Answering your requests: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps.
- Reviewing your application and opening your partner account: pre-contractual steps.
- Sending you commercial information and targeting our advertising campaigns: legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it.
- Meeting our legal obligations, including accounting and compliance: legal obligation.
Targeted advertising. We may use business contact details (name, company, job title, business email address) to send you information about our offers and those of our vendors, and to target our advertising campaigns on third-party platforms. This website does not itself set any advertising cookie. You can object to these uses, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@mc3.cloud.
We do not sell your data.
6. Who we share your data with
- Microsoft, for Microsoft Forms, email and storage of application files.
- Microsoft Azure, which hosts the website.
- Cloudflare, for audience measurement.
- The advertising platforms we use for our campaigns.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. Data transfers
We do not transfer your data to third parties outside MC3 Cloud, except to the providers and platforms listed in section 6. These providers may process data in other countries, under their own protection commitments.
8. How long we keep it
- Website technical logs: limited period set by the host.
- Audience statistics: aggregated, kept according to Cloudflare settings.
- Emails and requests: for the time needed to handle them, then a reasonable period for follow-up.
- Application files: for the duration of the relationship with the partner, then as required by statutory accounting retention periods.
- Marketing data: until you object.
9. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction, and object to certain processing. Write to info@mc3.cloud stating your request and your company. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Data Protection Office of Mauritius (5th Floor, SICOM Tower, Wall Street, Ebene). If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority of your country.
10. Security
We protect data with technical and organisational measures: restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), hosting on Microsoft Azure. No method is infallible. In the event of a data breach that presents a risk, we notify the people and authorities concerned within the legal deadlines.
11. Minors
The website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
12. Links to third-party websites
The website links to Microsoft Forms, LinkedIn, Facebook, the partner marketplace and vendor websites. These services apply their own policies, which we invite you to read.
13. Changes
We may change this policy. The online version applies, with its update date at the bottom of the page.
