Turn everyday tasks into automated processes
Requests passed around by email, information re-entered across several tools, approvals that need chasing: these tasks can become part of a shared process with clear steps and a common way to track progress.
MC3 Cloud works with your team to design and build these automations. You can offer business solutions to your customers without developing every Power Platform skill in-house.
Examples of processes we can automate
- Leave requests: an employee submits a request, their manager receives it for approval, and the decision is sent to the employee and recorded in a shared tracker.
- Purchase approvals: a request goes to the appropriate approvers according to agreed rules, with reminders where needed and a record of the decision.
- Helpdesk and internal requests: a form feeds a tracking list, notifies the relevant team and keeps the requester informed of progress.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding: a request triggers tasks for HR, IT and the manager, with notifications and tracking of outstanding actions.
- Data collection and transfer: information entered in a form feeds the relevant tools without having to be copied at each step.
We can also build custom automations around your customers’ processes and the tools they use.
Choose the tools to fit the process
Power Automate connects actions, approvals and notifications. Power Apps provides a simple application for submitting requests or tracking their progress. SharePoint holds the supporting lists, documents and workspaces.
For tasks performed in an existing application, robotic process automation (RPA) can automate repetitive on-screen actions, subject to a feasibility assessment.
From initial design to ongoing improvements
Together with your team, we define the process rules, access permissions, required connections and licensing needs. We then handle configuration or development, testing and deployment, followed by documentation and knowledge transfer.
The service can also cover fixes and enhancements: adding an approval step, updating a form or adapting an integration when a connected tool changes.
